Chalonda Smith, CEO of Innovative Management Consulting (IMC), LLC, holds a BSW degree in social work, an M.S. degree in counseling, and a Ph.D. in public policy administration. Dr. Smith is the former Chief Strategy Officer for the Clayton County Board of Commissioners, where she led the strategic direction of the county.
With more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Dr. Smith provides management consulting designed to leverage evidence-based best practices. Dr. Smith offers a unique blend of cross-functional skills to a diverse population of clients. Through her leadership, she continues to advocate for people on a broader scale by changing policies and assisting agencies in changing communities.
