Innovative Management Consultants (IMC) provide capacity-building and program assessment
services that focus on the organization’s operations, strategic plan, funding, programming,
service delivery systems, and sustainability.

Assessment services are customized based on the identified issue and desired outcome(s). IMC
will create a comprehensive proposal based on the organization’s identified needs as well as
recommendations.

This proposal will include off-site and on-site reviews.

• An initial off-site review of the organization’s policies and procedures, strategic plan (if
  available), programs and services, most recent annual agency report (with agency
  outcomes), and any other documents that can be used to assess the organization.
• An initial on-site meeting with the organization’s executive leaders, including board
  members (if applicable), will provide an overview of identified concerns and proposed
  solutions. The IMC team will also interview team members, clients, and staff, observe
  program(s), observe identified meetings, and review any information deemed
  necessary for assessment. Within two weeks of the completion of the on-site
  assessment, we will provide the agency with a draft report of recommendations. Once
  the agency reviews the draft report, a final report will be generated within one week.
